Breathwork Men’s Circle

A weekly sanctuary where individuals come together in a unique yurt setting to explore the transformative power of conscious breathing and authentic human connection.

Each 2.5 hour gathering weaves together

  • Guided breathwork practices to release tension, increase energy, and access deeper states of presence

  • Authentic relating exercises that build trust, vulnerability, and genuine connection

  • Community-building activities that foster lasting friendships with like-minded individuals

  • A balance of individual exploration and shared experiences

WHEN WE GATHER

Weekly on Thursday evening from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

The circle opens promptly at 6:30 PM with centering practices, so arriving a few minutes early is recommended to settle in.

The circular space symbolizes our equality and unity as we gather. The yurt is heated for comfort, though temperatures may fluctuate naturally with the season.

  • This circle embraces diversity in all forms. People of all ages, genders, backgrounds, beliefs, and experience levels are welcomed into this space with open arms. No prior experience with breathwork or community practices is necessary—just bring your authentic self and an open heart.
