Session Rates
Individual Work: $150/session
Couples Work: $165/session

I hold additional spaces at reduced cost in order to provide access for people at all levels of financial privilege. Generally, finances are not a barrier for us working together. So please let me know what you can afford.

How We'll Work Together
I structure our work in sets of 4 sessions because I've found this creates the right momentum for real change. After each set, you're free to continue or pause - no long-term contracts, just honest work at a pace that serves you.
